Hirer/client/customer refers to any individual, company or business hiring Townsville Picnic Company’s services & property.
-Quotes will be valid for 14 days from date issued.
-All online bookings require full payment.
-All bookings made through email, messenger, DM, text or over the phone require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid through direct transfer to confirm a booking & lock in a date.
-Booking will be finalised & confirmed when deposit or full payment has been recieved by Townsville Picnic Company.
-Final payment if applicable must be paid & received prior to the day of the picnic, if payment is not received Townsville Picnic Company reserves the right to cancel picnic in question.
-By paying a deposit or full payment the client understands & agrees to the Terms & Conditions of Townsville Picnic Company hire.
-Until a deposit or full payment has been recieved, Townsville Picnic Company reserves the right to liaise with other clients for the same date, time & equipment.
-Change of mind or cancellation will result in loss of deposit, picnics are organised and items purchased sometimes days or weeks in advance of picnic date, so the deposit is kept to cover these costs.
-All items at the picnic are the property of Townsville Picnic Company unless otherwise arranged in an invoice. Townsville Picnic Company will take photos of items & setup of the picnic & it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure items are returned in what is deemed reasonable condition except for normal wear & tear.
-Picnics go for 1-3 hours any time over 3 hours is charged at $75 an hour.
-Townsville Picnic Company may charge additional costs for a 'custom' picnic.
-Additional travel fees may apply to locations more than 35kms away from Idalia, Townsville.
-In the case of damage or loss to any of Townsville Picnic Company’s hired items/property, Townsville Picnic company will charge the hirer for replacement or repair of the damaged or lost items/property. Damages will need to be paid for within 10days of invoice so Townsville Picnic Company can replace the item/s for future events.
-Additional cleaning charges may apply if Townsville Picnic Company property is heavily soiled. This will be decided at pack-up of picnic & an invoice & photos will be sent to hirer.
-Townsville Picnic Company shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any damage, injury, death or loss of income caused to the hirer/client/customer any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment/services by Townsville Picnic Company. All equipment is hired and is the responsibility of the client until returned to Townsville Picnic Company.
-It is the responsibility of the hirer/client/customer to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used.
Property/equipment/items refers to all, Rugs, Tables, Cushions, Throws, Props, Candles, Candle holders, Flowers, Vases, Lighting, Glassware, Ice bucket, Cutlery, Crockery, Plates, Bowls, Condiment dishes, Plates, Cake stands, Display Baskets, Napkins, Coasters, Placemats, Doilies, Table cloths, Ornaments, Bluetooth Speaker, Games, Polaroid Camera all Property/equipment/items owned by Townsville Picnic Company.
